The organizers were Annie Carter, Catherine Edward, Ann Francis, Lynn MacDonald and Rosemary Mathis and it was held in the old Hall. Norma Simpson was the MC.
The photographs show the demolition of the old Church Hall. The event was described by Father Peter Harris as follows: "watched by a group of parishioners, the machine with the wrecking ball and mechanical jaws performed the actual taking down of the old building. By 4 pm, the old Hall had been reduced to a pile of rubble. By October, the Hall was almost complete and usable." Only photos A B C have been scanned.

Photograph B shows the interior with folding doors at back. Photograph C shows the main entrance door from the outside. Photograph D shows the exterior facing All Souls' Lane. Photograph E shows the exterior facing Fitzroy Street. Photograph F shows the kitchen.

St. Peter's Cathedral memorial stained glass window photographs
The photograph (PHOTO 0041A) shows St. Peter's Cathedral's memorial stained glass window. A newspaper clipping on the back of the image (PHOTO 0041B) explains that this stained glass window was installed in memory of Daniel Hodgson and his wife Margaret Leah, who passed away in 1883 and 1878 respectively. The exact date of the photograph is not known.
