The label on the frame is illegible but research shows his name was Edward King (29 December 1829 – 8 March 1910) who was a bishop of the Church of England. A friend of Dr. Pusey, Edward King as a leading member of the Oxford movement. The framed picture is identical to the one on Wikipedia.
