The photograph is a head and shoulders portrait of Archdeacon [Karlbach?]. The handwriting on the back indicates " Archdeacon [Karlbach?]." At the bottom of the front is stamped the photographers name: Notman & Campbell, Boston. The correct name of the man in the image needs to be confirmed.
The photographs show a standing full-length portrait of Basil King, assistant priest at St. Peter's from 1882-1885. He is wearing Holy orders.

The photograph is a head and shoulders studio portrait of Frederick Courtney, the fifth bishop of Nova Scotia.
The photograph shows the Bishop of Argyle outdoors, seated with two shaggy dogs. On the back of the photograph it reads "Bishop of Argyle and the dogs" followed by something illegible.
The portrait is an etching of Edward King, the Bishop of Lincoln from 1829-1910. The item is an original; the artist's signature shows "F. W. Vroom, 1899".Dr. F.W. Vroom was Archdeacon of Nova Scotia in 1919 and preached at the Julbilee service.
